Ambrož Cvahte
Ambrož Cvahte, PhD, graduated from the Ljubljana Faculty of Law in 2010. After his work as a judge trainee at the Koper Higher Court and after successfully passing the National legal exam, he began his career as a candidate for the bar in the law firm.
In the law firm Starman d.o.o. he is employed since 2015. In the year 2020 he received his PhD in the field of law. The Slovenian Bar Association acknowledged his status as a specialist in the field of civil and commercial law. He is also a co-author of the commentary to the General part of the Civil code, that was published in 2024 at the publisher Uradni list.
As a lawyer he works mostly in the field of civil law (obligations, real estate family and inheritance law) commercial law, administrative law, executions of sentences and titles, and misdemeanour procedures.
