Proceedings before the Constitutional court of the Republic of Slovenia and before the European court of human rights

We provide services of drafting complex legal opinions and assessments in proceedings for the protection of human rights.

In the area of Human rights law we provide services of:

• representation of Clients in proceedings before the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia,
• preparation of constitutional complaints and proposals as well as interim orders before the Administrative Court of the Republic of Slovenia in case of violations of human rights and in case of procedural violations by the administrative and judicial authorities,
• representation of Clients before the European Court of Human Rights and other Council of Europe bodies,

filing of interim measures and measures to temporarily suspend the validity of acts of legislation before the Constitutional Court.
