Maritime law

Maritime law is closely linked to International Transport law. The Law Firm Starman/Velkaverh has a long tradition in this field and we have acquired specific knowledge in maritime trade relations, transport of goods, maritime insurance rules, average, ship leases and other rights in rem, as well as ship arrests in Slovenian territorial waters and in cooperation with foreign law firms abroad as well.

We have a long tradition in different fields of Maritime law as well as in related fields of Customs law, Freight-forwarding and Logistics law.
