Criminal law and misdemeanours

Criminal law is part of the public law and covers a wide range of criminal legislation. Its substantive rules relate to the question who should be found criminally liable and what should the sentence be for specific criminal offense. Procedural rules are set by the national laws as well as case law of the Slovenian and international tribunals.

As criminal law attorneys and counsels we represent victims or defendants in criminal proceeding.

In the field of misdemeanours we provide advice which action should be taken as a response to decision or order of the competent authority.
